Our Impact
Who We Are
We were founded in 2022 by pro goalkeeper and West Haverstraw native Steward Ceus and artist and designer Arden Ceus Klemmer. What started as a commitment to bring high-level soccer to their hometown has grown into a full club: travel teams, free rec soccer, after-school training, scholarships, and a pipeline of young coaches and leaders rising from within our own ranks.

Our coaches are professionals, and the results speak for themselves — last fall, eight of our players earned spots on the Olympic Development Program.
Haverstraw United Athletics is dedicated to providing athletic scholarships and fieldspace to children in Rockland County, New York. Our mission is to offer access to after-school athletic programs, mentorship opportunities, and pathways to college and professional sports for children and families.
